Vanilla Bean Scones

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg
For the glaze:
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 vanilla bean
PALEO/DAIRY FREE RECIPE
ITEMS NEEDED: INGREDIENTS
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk or ½ cup melted butter, ½ cup milk or non-dairy milk. Or ½ cup avocado oil and ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup sugar-free granulated sweetener
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup coconut butter (coconut manna)
- ⅔ cup sugar-free confectioners sugar, optional
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped, optional
